About the Event
Nature is a lovely setting for art and self-expression so come join us for this fun event! We will hike and engage in different discussions, lessons and activities involving art.
This event will be held at a trailhead in Ojai and is led by facilitators with mental health and nature experience. The outing will combine hiking, group discussions, journaling, art and connection activities to encourage sharing, self-reflection, relating, feeling heard and enjoying the natural world.
